Jennifer Brumfield Bakes Up an Award Winner

Jennifer “Jenny” Brumfield came to work for our firm from Oklahoma in July of 2000. Jenny works as a paralegal and manages records for corporate clients. Jenny has many attributes, one of which is her flair for cooking. Jenny entered a contest in Cooking Light magazine last year. Her recipe was chosen as one of the dessert category finalists for her delicious Mexican Spiced Shortbread Cookies. Jenny and her recipe are featured in the April 2010 edition of Cooking Light.
