Additional Background:
Jon joined the firm in 1998. Jon's practice involves all aspects of land use planning and permitting, including compliance with federal, state and local laws, and regulations and policies relating to project development and permitting, real estate transactions, and municipal government representation. He limits his practice to the representation of property owners, developers, water associations, and municipal governments. Jon coordinates and supervises all aspects of the firm’s clients in matters involving land development, the siting and permitting of public facilities and private developments, and intergovernmental and related matters such as annexations and/or joint service agreements for public entities. As the land use, real estate, and municipal issues in Northwest Washington become increasingly complex and challenging, clients willingly turn to Jon’s solution-oriented practice.
